Fiction or fact?

Operation: Erebus is a fictional story connecting many historical facts over a decade, which, thanks to the Freedom of Information Act, are now in the public domain.

The characters in the book are fictional however many of the locations and events are not. What may surprise the reader is that some of the hypotheses created by the characters in the story for actual events are also based on documented facts.

The author does not maintain that this is a true story however given that there is still so much information from the period that is still classified, much of it could be ……
